Option 2 - How to connect your Domain Name from your providers website
If you are not using the website editor to connect your domain then to make your website live we need change 2 settings in your domain provider to point your domain name to our website.
If you login to your domain name provider (godaddy namecheap etc.). The 2 DNS records you need to change in the settings are the A record and the cname record. You will find they usually already exist so you just need to edit them to the values below. If not then create new ones.
Below are the 2 settings that need changing:-
Record host value
A @ 162.159.140.166
cname www sites.ludicrous.cloud
Also if there are any AAAA records can you please delete all the AAAA records
* Once you have changed these settings, send us a message so we can finalise the connection of domain to your website.
